CENTRAL - SINGAPORE 

(2006-2009)

 

Parco Singapore was appointed to assist the owner in the retail management of CENTRAL including conceptualisation and implementation of the retail concept, marketing, tenant leasing (including Japanese tenants), mall operations and advertising & promotion.

 

In 2006, PARCO Singapore concluded an agreement with Riverhub Pte Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Far East Organization) to operate the 200,000 sq ft mall in CENTRAL.

 

CENTRAL is a large-scale commercial complex combining offices and residences located along the Singapore River, above the Clarke Quay MRT station.
