Under the programme, each designer will undergo a 18-month incubation which includes:

• operate a 12-month retail business
• attend one-to-one sessions with 2 mentors (principal and business) who are industry experts
• attend group workshops and seminars on topics such as visual merchandising, branding etc.
• participate in overseas mission trip
