Inspired by 1960s icons - Jacqueline Kennedy, Edie Sedgwick and Twiggy. Twenty2Seven brings a picture-perfect fushion of mood and glamour into the collection.
Entitled J.E.T Squad, the apparels come in easy colours of black and creams. Blending these shades with quirky prints, the designs are a chockfull of versatile, practical pieces that goes chic in the day and elegant by night.
LABEL CONCEPT
The Fearless Modern Woman
Twenty2Seven is a fearless manifestation. A code for the freedom of a modern woman, interpreted in fashion.
Inspired by the evolution of womankind historically to present, Twenty2Seven offers refreshing apparels fit for the contemporary woman. Enthused by her dexterity, apparels are designed with a cocktail mix of flow and structure. Fusing statement prints, surprise detailing and fabric blocking, the label reconstructs fearlessness into confidence and comfort, providing the wearer an edge of character.
Twenty2Seven is not feminist; it simply reveals a woman's veracity.
DESIGNER PROFILE
Zee entered the finance world right after graduating from National University of Singapore (NUS). She specialized in Hedge Funds and Private Equity, heading the product development division of the largest information provider for alternative funds.
Spurred by her passion for fashion and fabrics, the dauntless lady took a jump into the fashion industry next. Armed with her experiences in finance and fortified with no educational background in fashion design, Zee embarked on a journey of creation and expression in the world of fashion.
Twenty2Seven originated from this rebirth in career. The idea was established by two dreamers, who decided to take on a life project to jump into what they love.
Born on the 22nd and 7 months apart, project Twenty2Seven was thus conceptualized. On a cheeky note, both have a secret agenda of working 2 hours a day and spending the next 22-7 at play — a creed which they hoped to live by.
