Tomizushi Group was opened at Niigata Prefecture, Japan, in 1954.
As Niigata faces the Sea of Japan, it is a treasure trove of fresh seafood. The prefecture is also renowned for its tasty premium-grade rice in fields irrigated by the melting snow in spring.
As such they are happy to offer the best sushi and seafood cuisine at reasonable prices. Their hand-shaped and unrolled sushi are served in bowls as well as in a-la-carte dishes.
These are differentiated from others by professional sushi chefs on the basis of quality, freshness and seasonality.
