PARCO opened its first mall in 1969 in Tokyo and has 19 malls in Japan presently. Each shopping mall has its own distinctiveness. PARCO’s aim is to create shopping malls that correspond to the characteristics of the market in which the mall is located in.

PARCO Singapore is a fully-owned subsidiary of PARCO Co. LTD.
PARCO’s first foray into Singapore was in 1995 when Bugis Junction became the first shopping mall to have a glass-covered, air-conditioned shopping street amidst a nostalgic architectural setting. PARCO sold its stake at Bugis Junction in 2005. Between 2006 to 2009, PARCO was the appointed Retail Manager for The Central at Clark Quay.
PARCO Singapore offers the rapidly growing countries of Asia the shopping centre development and operational expertise. PARCO has acquired over many years of business in Japan and overseas as well as serving as a bridge to foster interactions in numerous areas between Japan and the globalizing Asia region.
